Refunds & Returns

Thank you for supporting our elevated events, popups, products, and digital resources. We are committed to providing high-quality, high-vibe experiences. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are strictly enforced.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When purchasing a ticket to any event, please ensure all information entered is accurate, including your email address. If you enter an incorrect email address, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately at kushkocktails@gmail.com to correct it. We are not responsible for customers failing to receive event details due to an incorrect email entry. No refunds will be issued for this reason.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Incorrect email address provided during purchase

  • Illness or personal emergencies

  • Scheduling conflicts (work, family, etc.)

  • Travel or transportation issues

  • Failure to review or follow event instructions

  • Change of plans or no-shows

  • Rain or other weather-related cancellations

In the event an outdoor class is canceled due to rain or inclement weather, no refunds will be issued. Instead, guests will receive a credit to attend a future class.

You may reschedule your reservation once at no charge. Any additional rescheduling will incur a $25 reschedule fee per change.

No credits, exchanges, or refunds will be given beyond this policy. No exceptions. Your seat is counted and paid for in advance; therefore, our policy is firm and final.

 

TICKET TRANSFERS

You may transfer your ticket one time only to another person. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event and must be approved. To request a transfer, email kushkocktails@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Event date and time

  • Full name of the new attendee

Once approved, no further changes can be made.

RESCHEDULING POLICY (FOR MISSED EVENTS)

If you miss your scheduled event for any reason, you may reschedule one time only for a $25 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the missed session.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions in this policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to elevating your event experience.

EVENT CONDUCT & SECURITY

To ensure a safe, enjoyable space for all guests:

  • Security is present at all in-person events.

  • All attendees must follow venue rules, event policies, and consumption guidelines.

  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Bringing in outside alcohol is NOT PERMITTED. 
  • Filming anyone/anything (except yourself, your drinks and the host) is NOT PERMITTED.
  • Selling anything is NOT PERMITTED
  • Bullying, Harassment, Etc is NOT PERMITTED

  • Anyone violating these terms will be removed by security without refund.

We reserve the right to remove or deny entry to anyone whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or experience of others.

SHIPPED PRODUCTS & MIXOLOGY KITS

All shipped items are final sale, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong product

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Email kushkocktails@gmail.com with a clear photo of the item and a description of the issue

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • A return authorization is required before shipping any item back

Incorrect Addresses or Emails:
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses or email submissions provided by the customer.

  • No refunds will be given for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information

  • If the item is returned to us and you wish it to be reshipped, a reshipping fee will apply

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital content (including class recordings, eBooks, dosage guides, and recipe files) is final sale.

No refunds, returns, or exceptions will be made for digital downloads.
